This hotel is equal to 4 stars. In general the service was TERRIFIC too. Appreciated the food at their on-site restaurant Heywood Brasserie.

Free parking and gorgeous breakfast. Enjoyed the lounge restaurant. Fantastic base for exploring Tenby.
The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience. Beds were small.

free wi-fi was working perfectly. one could dine at restaurants such as cook's fish and chips 5 minutes away. nothing beats being in heywood spa.
This hotel needs a bit of updating.
